We offer (or help you find) the state-approved “Overview of Child Care Management” class and any other required training. Our courses are engaging and packed with practical knowledge, so you’ll feel ready to handle real-world challenges in your center.

Navigating Florida’s Department of Children and Families (DCF) application process can be daunting. We break it down for you, ensuring you compile all necessary documents (like proof of experience and education) and submit a complete application for your Director’s Credential.

While you work toward your credential, we provide coaching during our 7-week virtual meetings on center management—covering topics like staff supervision, licensing compliance, and parent communication. You’ll not only earn a certificate, but also gain confidence to lead effectively.

Worried about tuition costs? Eligible Florida residents can receive financial support through the TEACH Scholarship Program® scholarship program. We guide you through the application process to see if you qualify for funding that can cover most of the credential fees.
