Cyndee Crawford - Our Founder

Cyndee Crawford is a lifelong educator of educators who is passionate about helping anyone in the ECE field take the next steps! She has served in various roles ranging from student-facing, administrative, and multi-unit management, which culminated in her founding ABLE Learning Solutions. She has helped hundreds of students earn their CDA, and she looks forward to helping you next!

After serving in the field of education all of my life, a passion for growing and inspiring educators and providers grew while I was a Workforce Development Manager supporting 60+ programs in Central Florida. I talked with so many teachers, directors, and owners who wanted to grow and develop their professional skills but experienced a great challenge with where to go, where to start, and how to complete what has always been rumored to be an impossible task. I experienced so many stories of individuals who just needed direction and a push.

Hillary Pittinger - Continuing Education Specialist

Hillary is a Continuing Education Specialist who provides support to you, our candidates, and handles all administrative tasks. Hillary has worked in the preschool setting since 2012. She has obtained her National CDA Credential in both Preschool and Infant/Toddler. She also obtained her Florida Director’s Credential. She is also continuing her Bachelor of Science degree in the field of Early Childhood Education. You will see communication from her from time to time, and she may even pay a visit to your school at some point. Oh! She is Ember's mom!

Nataly Gutierrez - Continuing Education Specialist, Spanish Support

Nataly is a multilingual (Spanish and Portuguese), creative, and purpose-driven leader who brings warmth and intention to everything she does.

Nataly is deeply passionate about building strong foundations both academically and relationally with educators, students, and families! She has the most genuine spirit for servant leadership and a deep calling to support the growth of early childhood educators. With years of experience nurturing young minds, she now begins a new chapter—teaching adults in a Spanish-only CDA (Child Development Associate) course.

Nataly believes in leading by example, serving others with humility, and empowering future educators to shape the next generation with love, patience, and excellence. Her bilingual background and cultural sensitivity allow her to connect deeply with individuals, fostering a classroom where every voice is heard and valued.

She considers it a blessing to walk alongside others on their journey toward professional and personal growth, guided by the belief that every child deserves a well-prepared, compassionate teacher, and every teacher deserves someone to believe in them.

How did we get our name?

The name ABLE Learning Solutions was created using the names of my four favorite little people in the entire world. The 1st letters of all my grandchildren’s names are Alaina, Bryant, Lincoln, and Ember. ABLE is the 1st letter of each of their names. This was the perfect name for so many reasons for supporting individuals.

As a Grandmommy of four little ones who are growing and developing every day, I am so thankful for teachers and caregivers who love them, care for them, and set them on their path to a life-long learning journey. I am thankful for the time, energy, effort, and passion educators spend each and every day to invest in the children and families they serve.
